Sports/cHAIR Massage

Tailored to the needs of active individuals, this invigorating massage focuses on specific muscle groups, promoting flexibility, and alleviating tension. Best for those who are interested in brief sessions.

cupping

The ancient, healing art of cupping paired with the therapeutic benefits of massage will promote the release of tension and stimulate blood flow. Great for those with stubborn adhesions and chronic pain or stiffness. 

Note: Cupping may leave temporary marks on the skin, indicative of the release of tension and improved blood flow. These marks typically fade within a few days.

POLICIES

Appointment Scheduling: All massage sessions are by appointment only. Clients can schedule appointments through our website, by phone, or in-person We recommend booking appointments in advance to secure your preferred date and time.

Cancellation Policy : A minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. No call/no show appointments will be charged the full amount of the scheduled service.

Arrival Time: Clients should arrive 5 minutes before for their scheduled appointments to ensure they receive the full duration of their massage session. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to avoid inconveniencing other clients with subsequent appointments.

Health and Safety: Clients are required to complete a health intake form prior to their first massage session. This information will be kept confidential and used to customize the massage experience to meet the client's needs and ensure their safety. Clients should inform me of any medical conditions, injuries, or concerns before the session begins. I reserve the right to refuse or modify services based on the client's health status or contraindications.

Professional Conduct: Inappropriate behavior or requests of a sexual nature will not be tolerated and may result in immediate termination of the massage session. Clients engaging in such behavior will be asked to leave the premises, and future appointments will be refused.

Payment: Cash use is always encouraged, but will accept Venmo, Cash App, Zelle, and PayPal. Please note that credit/debit card payments are subject to applicable taxes and processing fees. These fees are imposed by our payment processing provider and are beyond our control. We strive to keep these fees as low as possible to minimize the impact on our clients. Clients who choose to pay by card will see the total amount including taxes and fees reflected in their transaction receipt. Once a massage service has been provided, refunds will not be issued for any reason. We stand behind the quality of our services and believe that our clients should pay for the value received. If you are dissatisfied with your massage experience, please communicate your concerns we will make every effort to address them to your satisfaction.Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other electronic payment methods. Privacy and Confidentiality: All client information, including health intake forms and session notes, will be kept confidential and stored securely. Client records will not be disclosed to third parties without the client's explicit consent, except as required by law.

Studio Etiquette: We ask that clients maintain a quiet and respectful atmosphere in the studio to ensure a relaxing experience for all guests. Please refrain from using mobile phones or other electronic devices during massage sessions to minimize distractions.
